i want only to say somethingabout these 3 dimensions that i read about it, that gps(global positioning system) receiver recevied these broadcast signals from space to provide 3 dimension for any user use gps receiver 1- latitude :it is distance of south and north from equater line, and longitued :it is distance east and west from greenwich line in london 3-altitude:it is height of anything above sea level, but i dont understand the concept of latitude how it is for every 1000 feet gained in altitude, the temperature will go down by 5.4 degrees farenheit? thanx plz dont ignoreeeeeeee
